HOTEL SECTOR – LOUIS HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD

Louis Hotels, a subsidiary of Louis plc, has been a leading force in the tourism industry in Cyprus and Greece since 1942. Its journey began when Louis Loizou acquired the Summering Hotel in the mountain resorts of Cyprus. This was followed by the acquisition of the Grand Hotel in Platres, the Louis Hotel on Ledra Street in Nicosia, and later, in 1969, the iconic Ledra Palace Hotel, a landmark of Nicosia, the Cyprus capital.

The Company's expansion continued with significant milestones, including its entry into the Greek market in 1992 through the management of the Creta Paradise Beach Resort Hotel in Chania, Crete. In 1994, Louis Hotels acquired the Louis Grand Hotel in Corfu and the Louis Creta Princess in Chania, followed by the acquisition of Louis Plagos Beach in Zakynthos in 1998. The years 1999 and 2000 marked another important phase in the Company's development, with the addition of four more hotels—two in Corfu, one in Zakynthos and one in Mykonos.

Today, following more than eight decades of continuous growth, Louis Hotels manages 25 four- and five-star hotels, comprising 18 properties in Cyprus and 7 in Greece.

Drawing on its extensive experience and long-standing presence in the hospitality sector, Louis Hotels has earned widespread recognition and numerous awards for its contribution to enhancing the quality of the tourism product in both Cyprus and Greece. Over the past 26 years in particular, the Company has focused on investing in large-scale, high-specification hotel properties, contributing significantly towards strengthening the international image of Cyprus and Greece as premium tourism destinations while reinforcing their competitive advantage. At the same time, this strategic expansion has enabled the Company to diversify its business risk.

In 2002, Louis Hotels further strengthened its presence in the capital city's hospitality market through an agreement with Hilton International for the management of Hilton Park (today's Hilton Nicosia), enhancing its offering with upgraded facilities and services for business travellers, conferences and corporate events.

In recent years, leveraging its extensive expertise, highly skilled workforce and long-standing relationships with international tour operators, the Company has continued to expand its hotel management operations by adding new properties to its portfolio.

Committed to maintaining guest loyalty and delivering outstanding value for money, Louis Hotels has organised its portfolio into three distinctive collections: Elegant Collection, Villa Collection and Family Collection. Across all its properties, guests enjoy genuine hospitality, authentic local experiences and friendly service, all delivered with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

The Company's hotels have received numerous international awards and distinctions from leading travel review platforms, including Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Hotels.com, HolidayCheck, Zoover and TopHotels.ru, as well as from major international tour operators such as TUI.

The Elegant Collection comprises luxury five-star hotels distinguished by their unique architecture, exceptional service standards and contemporary lifestyle concept. The collection includes the iconic Mykonos Theoxenia and Once in Mykonos on the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos, as well as Asterion Suites & Spa in Crete. It also features King Jason Zante, overlooking Tsilivi Bay in Zakynthos, where water is the defining architectural element, creating an atmosphere of elegance and luxury. Another distinguished member of the Elegant Collection is the newly developed Imperial Island Resort, a five-star Premium All-Inclusive resort located along the picturesque coastline of Paphos, Cyprus.

During 2023, Louis Hotels carried out extensive renovation and refurbishment projects across several of its properties. Among the most significant was the complete transformation of Kerkyra Blue Hotel N' Spa, which was upgraded to a five-star property and reopened on 1 May 2023.

Renovation works were also completed at The Royal Apollonia in Limassol, another member of the Elegant Collection. The upgrades included the hotel's public areas, such as the lobby, bar, Asian restaurant and main restaurant, further enhancing the guest experience and reaffirming the Company's commitment to delivering premium hospitality.

Valmar Corfu is the latest five-star family-friendly addition to Louis Hotels. Opened in July 2025, the resort enjoys direct beach access and breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, set amidst a lush landscape of pine-covered hills and cypress trees. Valmar Corfu is also part of the Elegant Collection.

In May 2026, the five-star Imperial Island Resort officially welcomed its first guests on the stunning coastline of Paphos. Fully renovated and transformed into a Premium All-Inclusive Family Resort, the property has been designed to offer an elevated holiday experience, combining contemporary facilities, exceptional service and a prime beachfront location, making it an ideal destination for unforgettable family holidays.

Louis Hotels is also active in the food and beverage sector, offering high-quality dining experiences. In 2003, the Company opened its first restaurant, Akakiko, introducing an easy Japanese fusion dining concept. This was followed by Elliniko, specialising in authentic Greek cuisine. The restaurant network continues to expand, with plans for further growth across Cyprus.

These franchised restaurants complement the international themed restaurants operating within Louis Hotels properties, providing guests with a wide variety of high-quality culinary experiences.

CRUISE SECTOR – CELESTYAL CRUISES

Louis Group first became active in the field of cruise ship ownership and management in 1986, even though it had been involved in the representation of passenger vessels and cruise ships in the past.

The period following 1989 marked a phase of rapid expansion for the Group's cruise operations, during which it acquired a fleet of 13 vessels. In 1996, the Group chartered its first cruise ship to Thomson Cruises, part of the TUI Group.

Following the growing trend in the cruise sector, Louis plc creates in 2014 a new brand, “Celestyal Cruises”.

In November 2021, Louis plc announced that it had signed an agreement for the recapitalization of Celestyal Cruises Limited and the formation of a strategic partnership with Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P., a leading global private equity fund. Under the terms of the agreement, Searchlight provided funding to Celestyal Cruises to support its development plans including its fleet renewal.

Louis plc, through its subsidiary Louis Hotels Public Company Ltd, holds 33,3% of the limited partnership interests in the sole shareholder of a newly incorporated holding company, whereas Searchlight, is the majority & shareholder.
